What we collect
The clinic name, your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, country and the number of people working in the clinic. We also keep the language you used on the page. Please never enter patient information on this form.
Why and on what basis
To answer your request, create your trial space and contact you about it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We do not use these details for advertising and we do not sell them.
Who sees it
Only UPRAISESOFT SRL staff who handle trial requests, and the service providers that host our systems and send email (Hostinger, with servers in Düsseldorf, Germany, which also provides our e-mail). Your details are not shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
A request that is not turned into a trial is deleted automatically after 90 days. If a trial starts, your name and email stay as the contact for your account while it exists; the terms and the data processing agreement then apply.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your details, and to stop using them, at any time: write to contact@mngclinic.tech. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
