Patients and treatment
- Patient files with personal details, contact choices and family accounts (a parent sees the children).
- Tooth chart with findings per surface, and treatment plans.
- Visit sessions: notes, procedures done, follow-ups the clinic must not forget.
- Documents and consent forms, with signing in the patient portal.
Appointments
- A calendar per doctor with working hours and time off, and a week timeline.
- Double bookings are refused.
- Reminders and notices by e-mail.
- Patients can request an appointment; reception confirms it.
Money
- Price list, invoices and payments in parts, with overpayment refused.
- Reports for the owner.
Stock and supplies
- Products, suppliers, lots with expiry dates and a warning before they expire.
- Staff ask for supplies; a person with the right permission approves; delivery is recorded.
- Purchase orders.
Lab work and imaging
- Orders to laboratories and imaging centres, with a due date.
- A lab login that sees only its own orders and never the price.
- Results attach to the patient file.
People and permissions
- Roles for doctor, manager, assistant, front desk and lab operator, and your own user types.
- A permission table you can read in the user guide.
Privacy and hosting
- Field-level encryption of patient data.
- GDPR tools: privacy notice, consent, access and erasure requests.
- A private instance per clinic, daily encrypted backups.
- Works in a browser on a computer or a phone, and installs like an app.
